Are Family Judges Criminals in the UK?
Judge HUGHES QC behaves like one!
Gregarious Discrimination and Criminal Immunity
I base my allegations on what I have lived through, witnessed by third parties, bus most of all, on the Crimes Committed against my daughter since this Judge forced her to live with her “Predator Father” in 2006.
Judge HUGHES pattern of behaving or ruling in a manner that is:
1. Preventing or hindering me from receiving full, fair, impartial hearings or the full, fair, impartial administration of justice
2. I have seen evidence which would lead a reasonable person to believe they could be prevented or hindered from receiving full, fair, impartial hearings or the full, fair, impartial administration of justice.
3. The criteria but how she handle the poor English Citizen and the minorities unrepresented and do not FAITHFULLY and CONSISTENTLY adhere to her oath of office and aggressively pursue justice for ALL.
Exposure of rotten judicial apples offends and embarrasses the entire judiciary. The system's resistance to admitting the existence of a bad judge can be astounding. Yet someone must stand up to challenge this cancer within the Judiciary. Judge HUGHES needs to be weeded out. It is to the fair, competent judges. Such as Justice Singer, Meyer, and so.
It is said that absolute judicial immunity is favored as public policy, so that judges may fearlessly, and safe from retribution, adjudicate matters before them. True. But equally important, is the public expectation that judicial authority will only be wielded by those lawfully vested with such authority.
I have been tried in an “Out Law” court reminiscence of the Wild West. Moral corrupted and probably mentally Instable Judge HUGHES has ignored the Recommendation of my Doctors and the Probation Officer. All against Imprisonment due to my life-threatening diseases.
· I am a qualified individual with disabilities, I have orthopedic/mobility impairments, Addison's disease, panic disorder and depression. I became disabled under the lynching that took place during the trial, the same that Judge HUGHES psychotically seem to have enjoyed as she did nothing to protect me furthermore she would enthuse the Legal for more and more. This is a “Criminal behavior” as Criminal is that is sending me to Prison against official recommendations. Criminal is Judge HUGHES who took my daughter against Social Services recommendations and then gregariously used the Court as the criminal will use a knife !
Before I am force to die in a Prison, It is within my Civil rights to expose the Abuses of Powers that are routinely administering here in the UK. Judges should be Psychiatric Evaluated as dealing for many years with “Criminals” they might end up coping their behavior. Judge HUGHES with no doubt is one of them.
Last Monday, not only the news of Incest in Austria broke out, but also the fact that a minor of 12 is in an “Incest Relationship” under support of Judge HUGHES who refused all the evidences of mutilations, common assault and eating disorders as symptoms and signs of sexual abuse. The abuses will become worse and worse, but even in Prison I will voice this “Judicial Abuse” around the World. Austria is not alone!
