The UK operates closed, secret Family courts. Parents are gagged from reporting what happens inside them. These courts have no juries, and yet they can imprison without a open trial. Mothers for Justice wants these closed courts, opened to the public and press, to prevent miscarriages of Justice. Open Courts allow Social Services, CAFCASS and medical "experts" to be challenged in case an error has occurred. We believe many miscarriages of justice do occur each and every year.
