Norman Scarth is a brave man who fought in WW2 to keep the Nazis out of Britain. Unfortunatly, at the age of 83 he is STILL having to fight them, as they snook in to our country through the back passage!

Norman Scarth, born in 1925, served on the Arctic Russian Convoys in WW2, & was proud to be British until the age of 70.  Then came a succession of shocks, as he learned that corruption was rampant in the British courts.  In 1997 he published a book exposing the corruption, & in 1998/99 won a case in the European Court of Human Rights (33745/96) against the UK Govt., bringing a vital change in British law, the change  much hated by lawyers & judges.  Scarth became a marked man.  Two potentially lethal terror attacks failed to silence him, so he was stitched up for a NON-EXISTENT ‘crime’. & given a sentence to ensure he died in prison.  Well, he didn’t die, & after 4 years had ‘Paid his debt to society’, due to walk free.  Instead, he was UNLAWFULLY carted off to a Stalinist ‘Mental Hospital’, not as a patient, but a captive, just as much as Terry Waite, Brian Keenan, John McCarthy in Beirut, Daniel Pearl in Pakistan, Ken Bigley & Margaret Hassan in Iraq.  The Government  were mad keen that he be pumped full of drugs to destroy his brain, but the few honest nurses refused to be party to such depravity, & he escaped the fate of Andy McCardle.  After a year & a half he came under a newly promoted consultant psychiatrist.  who was not a puppet of The State (as most of them are).  Even he did not dare rock the boat too much, & had to make a pretence of ‘rehabilitation’ for 6 months before giving Scarth a clean bill of health.  Scarth now has another case in the ECtHR against the UK Govt.
