Mothers for justice is campaigning to open the family courts and make them accountable for their decisions.

The UK operates closed, secret Family courts. Parents are gagged from reporting what happens inside them. Therefore CAFCASS, Social Services and Medical Experts have free rein, with no consequences for mistakes. They are not held accountable for what they say or do.

These closed courts have no juries, and yet they can imprison without an open trial, and they give Extreme sentences... This Autumn they gave a 71 year old grandfather, SEVEN times the length of sentence that a drug dealer would get. The pensioners crime? He sent a letter to a Grandson. See what we mean?

Mothers for Justice want to open these courts, to the press, to prevent miscarriages of Justice.

Open Courts allow Social Services, CAFCASS and medical "experts" to be challenged in case an error has occurred.

We believe many miscarriages of justice do occur each and every year. The parents take the brunt of this, the state is not held accountable.
